Since our courses are digital products and provide immediate access to recorded content after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the course access has been granted.
However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• If payment was made successfully but course access was not provided due to a technical error.
• If duplicate payments were made for the same course.
